In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
- Lead the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions
- Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
- Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower level staff
- Actively contributing 80% or your time to improving design outcomes

- 4+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Hands on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
- 2+ years' experience working in an agile environment, with distributed teams and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience driving design through the full product development cycle (discovery, concepts, prototypes, specs)
- Consistently articulate a strong design rationale
- Experience managing creative design efforts in a complex environment
- Diverse professional background and industry experience beyond Financial Services
- Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: managing projects from beginning to end; that vary in scope and complexity
- Leadership experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills
