About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Graduate with 10 + years' experience in Business Continuity, resiliency and incident management having worked in listed / large size organizations with multi locational presence.
  • The following will provide candidate greater strengths to perform on the role:
    • Experience in Program Management / Project Management / Operational Risk /Control
    • Good expertise on Data management, Excel / MIS / Reporting Tools / Power Point.
    • Ability to present data / approaches / strategy / management updates in the form of effective presentations ( eg PPT)
    • Exposure to Industry tools like service now / Tableau / Fusion / Everbridge etc
    • Industry certification on Business Continuity from bodies like BCI /DRI
    • For Internal Candidates -Working knowledge of and experience with resiliency tools and reporting. Experience working with Operational Resiliency System (ORS) and BCP Central is a plus.
  • Tenacity to drive the program forward and obtain favorable results, amidst constant change
  • Experience developing and enhancing documentation and communications reports using a wide array of information sources and publishing to different audiences, including senior management, corporate risk groups and regulators
  • Adaptable to rapid large-scale changes in business processes and organizational structure
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment with simultaneous responsibility to business line management and department, group and corporate level risk teams
  • Experience presenting to FRB, OCC, and FDIC
  • Must have advanced verbal, Written and strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • This role will require you to work ~5 weekends a year and more than 40 hours a week at times
  • Candidate must be based out of posted location (Hyderabad) or Bangalore
  • Timings will require at least half day overlap with USA, a regular workday will be from 1.30pm IST - 10.30PM IST, subject to later hours at times. Candidate must be based out of Wells Fargo India location and will be required to work in the office as per organization's In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO) which is currently at a minimum of 3 days per week.
