- End to end business analysis
- Research and resolve of business partner inquiries.
- Responsible for coordinating business and technical requirements
- Defines user experience, business process flow and business rules logic
- Partner with onshore counterparts
- Strong system support etiquette; providing updates and following through until completion/resolution
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to get resolution on issues
- Understands audience and communicates effectively
- Providing metrics and reporting
Market Skills and Certifications
Specific Skills Required:
- 7+ years in business analysis/systems analysis.
- Extensive experience working as a business analyst defining user experience, business process flow, documentation and business rules logic.
- Familiar with wire framing tools like iRise, Visio, Photoshop, Invision or similar Skills: Mock ups; Front end user interface
- Experience in any SDLC process
- Domain Knowledge: Banking, Retail
- Must have strong and effective communication skills.
- Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a quick thinker, learner who is also willing to share what they learn with the rest of the team
- Willing to work in the night shift to provide coverage during PST time zone
