About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to be part of the Card & Merchant Services team within Consumer Lending, and will be responsible for developing business insights using data, and leading initiatives, using those insights, to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will:
- Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and business problem solving skills with heavy focus on quality, accuracy, and business user interaction. They will have experience performing ad hoc analysis and production reporting
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, documenting, and developing systems and procedures
- Create both Operational and Executive Leadership Reports
- Present analysis to leadership with recommendations and observations
