The Wealth Management (WM) business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and the Community Bank. Investment & Fiduciary Services (IFS) within WM works with our clients to build, manage, preserve, and transition their wealth. As one of the nation's strongest financial institutions, we bring together a team of experienced professionals to gain insight into each client's unique situation so that we may deliver specialized wealth solutions that best meet their needs and goals. Within IFS, we have 6 Fiduciary Management Services (FMS) offices that support clients and field offices by providing trust administration, investment management, and fiduciary services.
The Securities Operations Service Specialist 4 on the Fiduciary Terminations and Transfers Team performs a variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include: differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions; and performing a variety of balancing tasks; Able to handle critical production or escalation issues; Act as liaison to other internal departments, including technology groups and external sources; Provides department level reporting using multiple sources; May create and/or maintain databases; May define user requirements and contribute to production and workflow improvements; and create or revise departmental procedures; Provides training or work direction for staff; Provides back-up for numerous department functions; May lead and/or participate in department projects; May address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department; May have extensive customer contact; Works under minimal supervision with some degree of independence.


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record
  • Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration


Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

PA-Philadelphia: Min: $45,900 Mid: $63,800
