In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in driving the success of the Wells Fargo affluent customer strategy, which is a complex as well as diverse major product line with a high impact on profitability and success
- Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, large scale and long term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor

- 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with technical sales support for ecommerce payment systems, payment gateways, software developer kits, API's, virtual terminals, B2B payments, e-invoicing, and/or bill presentment
- Experience with technical sales support for cloud based POS systems and hardware
- Experience with technical sales support for semi or fully integrated card present payment systems
- Merchant Services experience
- Experience working with players who offer value added services to merchants, such as workforce management, loyalty or other non-payment related services that merchants rely on to run their business
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Experience developing and managing business relationships
- Experience delivering dynamic presentations to business clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
