Project Manager 2

Market Job Description Responsible for leading projects and managing activities associated with projects that are typically longer-term, cross-department and/or moderate in risk, scope and complexity. Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work. Develops and revises project plans and budgets, tracks project/budget status, identifies and negotiates resolution of issues, escalating as necessary and ensures project tasks are completed according to established timelines. Develops and implements project communication plans. Interacts with management to create and deliver presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports. May also participate on project teams and complete project work for projects with greater scope, impact, risk and complexity. May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors. May provide guidance to less experienced project staff. Market Skills and Certifications Experience in working with BFSi environment
