About Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions
We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargo's Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions . Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations ( Chennai ,Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila

Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity major LOB or multi-LOB/group initiatives that encompass an end-to-end analysis and future state redesign of business processes at the bank to support strategic objectives
Execute engagements in line with LOB requirements by adhering to Enterprise Process Engineering (EPE) standards
Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to deliver business benefit
Managing & prioritizing multiple complex efforts, project teams and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner
Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods
Ensures development of metrics (key indicators) as required that provide data for future improvement opportunities. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-entity members, to execute projects
Aligns engagements to management and business strategy. Integrates vertical and horizontal solutions into the strategy
Ensures effective relationships among the design team(s) and partners to ensures appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and/or statistical approaches
Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology & overcomes barriers related to cultural shifts, silo mentality as required. Ensures effective relationships among the design team(s) and partners
Coaches multiple teams in LEAN/6 Sigma processes and tools & applies comprehensive knowledge of Process Engineering tools and methods to mentor team members

Market Skills and Certifications
15 to 17 years of overall work experience
12 to 14 years of relevant experience
Certified Lean 6 Sigma Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt
Experience with initiatives like Robotics, Design thinking
Candidate should possess experience around Banking and Financial Services
Experience managingstrategic programs/projects
