Enterprise Global Services (EGS) enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA, in Technology, Operations, Knowledge Services, Risk Services and duly supported by Shared Services across India and Philippines. EGS business is spread across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad in India and Manila in Philippines.

Job Specifications:

Provides Technical support associated with operating systems (Windows 7 & Windows 10) and applications. Be part of internal projects in terms of execution, interacting with stakeholders and up until completion and handover. Assures quality and compliance requirements are met as per the required standards defined by Wells Fargo India Solutions.

Following established guidelines, responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures and systems status.
Receives and documents project orders, passes information to teammates, and uploads information in to Enterprise Configuration Services website.
Images Virtual Machines and install Software , passes critical information to project team to enable data and user information transfers
Escalates issues to other departments and management when solution is unclear. Reports problems with procedures
Documents procedures and updates to policies and procedures
Must be able to handle a fast paced environment dealing with multiple activities and timelines.
Quickly adapt to the business objective of the organization and adhere to the policies and procedures
Willingness to share information with team and other support partners
Should have exposure working with team distributed among various geographical locations and cultural background.
Effective Team player.
Starts fresh with each interaction without carrying forward emotional reactions from one situation to the next.

Minimum Qualifications:-
3 years of Technical support or directly related experience working in a similar environment
Demonstrated experience with VMWare and/or Xen Desktop
Demonstrated ability to analyze process and procedural issues, problem solving, and escalate issues.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:-
Experience with Imaging tools and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Experience with WANDA and PAC 2000.
Minimum 1.5 years of Work experience in Imaging & Software Installs (numerous)
Experience with Ghost or similar imaging software
