Job Description:

Our centralized telesales professionals are responsible for creating, developing and maintaining effective relationships selling electronic payment processing solutions to small and mid-market businesses. This role primarily requires making many outbound calls with the objective of providing merchant products and services. Incumbents identify potential opportunities to prospective customers using either pre-established leads or leads generated through various channels. Position requires proficiency in assessing, profiling and analyzing merchants' needs and proposing plans to meet each customer's needs. You will effectively manage the relationship from origination through activation. This position is part of a dynamic, fast- paced, customer-oriented sales and support team. We provide a compensation plan that is stable, competitive, realistic and lucrative including a base salary and bonuses.

  • Please note that Bilingual in Spanish is Preferred for this role.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience offering products and services to customers based on their needs

  • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
  • Ability to address and resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
