The Consumer Lending team includes Home Lending, Personal Lending, and Dealer Services, including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.
Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offer solutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and deposit accounts up-to-date. The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accounts and works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.
The Ops Legal Specialist position entails performing a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex to complex process or functions.
Responsible for recovery legal work processes. Functions may include completion of suit packages, follow-up on suit progress, account documentation, and connecting with attorneys.
Reads, interprets, researches and processes legal documents on behalf of Wells Fargo.
Determines proper course of action and coordinates correspondence. Responds to inquiries from external customers, internal team members, government agencies and outside attorneys regarding Deceased Accounts.
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (OFF: SAT and SUN)
- 3+ years of operations experience, legal processing experience, or a combination of both
- Ability to perform general operation processing work
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal terms and processes
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Hogan
- Knowledge and understanding of FDR (First Data Resources)
- Exposure to Wells Fargo eCaR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery) system

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
OR-Beaverton: Min: $28,500 Mid: $39,000
