The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.
The Operations Group is responsible for key functions critical to achieving Wells Fargo's Vision and Values. Operations provides foundational banking services for many businesses across the enterprise. We have an experienced leadership team and highly engaged team members committed to being a competitive advantage for Wells Fargo. From protecting customers from fraud to assisting bankers with opening new deposit accounts, from enabling companies to wire funds to processing millions of transactions accurately and timely each day, the critical work our team does creates the experience customers have with Wells Fargo. The work we do directly impacts Wells Fargo's ability to attract and retain customers. Within the Operations team our Electronic & Commercial Services team processes cash and check deposits, fulfills currency and coin orders through cash vault services, provides retail and wholesale lockbox collection services, wire transfer services, and Treasury Management (TM) products and services, including monthly billing statements for Business Banking, Wholesale, International, and TM customers.
Lockbox Services is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and self-directed leader to manage Day and Weekend shifts operations in Philadelphia, PA. This position will have complete accountability for a large and complex operations consisting of 65 team members. The site consists of multiple work shifts and operates seven days a week with strict processing deadlines and customer centric SLA's for over 2,000 clients.

This individual leads exempt staff that manages various levels of non-exempt team members, works independently on challenging issues and projects while continuously implementing process improvements. Sets and communicates clear goals that align with business objectives and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. Ensures appropriately skilled individuals are hired and everyone has understandable performance goals/objectives. Conducts regular staff meetings, champions training and development, addresses performance issues with professionalism, and completes performance appraisals timely. Creates a work environment where the opinions of others matter, diversity is valued, and one team pulling in the same direction. Encourages active participation in recognition programs, inspires a fun and supportive atmosphere through own actions.

Weekend Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Monday & Friday 6 AM - 4:30 PM or until finished) (Saturday & Sunday 7 AM - 5:30 PM or until finished). Day Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM or until finished). Candidate must be able to work 25-75% on Weekend Shift schedule depending on business needs. Flexibility is required to attend meetings and etc.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of operations experience
  • 2+ years of management experience in an operations environment

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience directing a minimum of 15 team members, both exempt and non-exempt level staff, in a demanding production environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years vendor management experience

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled


Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
