Wealth Management (WM): Wealth Management business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and the Community Bank. In Wealth Management, clients are provided with a complete range of solutions to help them manage, preserve and transfer their wealth.
The Oil & Gas Advisory Specialist works directly with Trust Officers and Trust Clients to create, enhance, and expand their WMG Relationships. Receives, establishes and administers large and most complex trust oil, gas and mineral asset portfolios. Confers with customers, professionals and vendors regarding establishment, administration and operation of trust assets. Duties may include negotiating leases, executing division orders, completing Regulation 9 reviews, inspecting assets, approving authority for expenditures and joint interest billings, selling assets and arranging appraisals as necessary. Develops new business through servicing customers and interaction with external resources. Incumbents in this job level typically have extensive expertise in Oil and Gas asset administration.
- 5+ years of relationship management experience
- 5+ years of experience in oil and gas land management of trust properties
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Degree in Petroleum Land Management or related field
Prior experience working with trusts and estates
Certified Professional Landman – AAPL
Registered Professional Landman – AAPL
Certified Mineral Manager – NARO
