This role is with the CRM Core Services team and is a senior-level Application System Engineer position. We are looking for someone with proven .Net and SalesForce.com development skill set. This person must be able to work independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, vendors, and other technical staff to develop applications including ASP.NET web sites, SalesForce.com packages, and have a working knowledge of SQL Server tables and stored procedures.

Candidate will be required to lead junior level development team members and contract resources, including providing necessary guidance to prepare SDLC and technical documents, troubleshoot and resolve production issues. This position also requires adherence and leadership to all Wells Fargo secure coding standards, including SDLC processes, peer reviews, and vulnerability remediation.


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of MS AJAX experience
  • 2+ years of MS Visual Studio experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing web applications utilizing HTML 5
  • 5+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI and/or Angular JS)
  • 2 + years of experience using front end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
  • 2+ years of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience
  • 5 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS


Desired Qualifications
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Development experience which includes PL-SQL and/or T-SQL
  • Experience leading or managing other developers
  • Experience developing SalesForce.com packages, integration, and/or configuration
  • Experience with MVC, Rest services, TFS, GIT, Jira
  • Financial Services experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and thoughtful in meeting customer needs


Job Expectations
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
