Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our nine major business lines include Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions Group, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Wells Fargo Securities, and the Investment Portfolio. The Loan Servicing Specialist 5 with Wells Fargo Auto Commercial division services non floorplan and floorplan loans for the commercial line of business. This role is responsible for performing high dollar, time sensitive tasks related to the loan documentation review post-closing, boarding process, and ongoing maintenance for complex floorplan loans and non-floorplan loans including, lines of credit, term loans including real estate and construction. This role requires loan structure understanding, problem-solving, and a high degree of accuracy to ensure Commercial Dealer Services meets compliance requirements, follows documented processes, and satisfies customer expectations. This role also requires completion of loan disbursements, automated auction drafting setup and direct communication with manufacturers in order to facilitate set up of automated manufacturer drafting.
The Loan Servicing Specialist 5 works closely with internal business partners (CLS Loan Documentation Collateral Management, CLS production, Commercial Risk, and Sales teams) to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of loans along with being able to handle high volume, time sensitive, detailed tasks related to the loan maintenance and boarding process.
Must be available to work any shift during the hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Schedule could change based on business need.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
