Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our nine major business lines include Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions Group, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Wells Fargo Securities, and the Investment Portfolio. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Our Commercial Services team offers auto dealers competitive financing solutions for real estate, floor plan, buying/leasing equipment, working capital, and acquisition or mergers. Commercial Services also provides dealerships with access to an extensive array of commercial banking services through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., including interest rate risk management, deposit and treasury management services, insurance services, merchant services, employee benefits, and wealth management.
The Loan Servicing Specialist 4 with Commercial Dealer Services is responsible for providing a focused effort on control tracking, maintenance, and validation processes that fulfills audit/compliance requirements for elements that require a dual control environment including wire transfer. This role will also complete research and resolve basic to complex transactional issues for the internal and/or external customers related to floorplan loans and non-floorplan loans including, lines of credit, term loans including real estate and construction.
This role requires considerable technical knowledge, accuracy, and adherence with established service standards. This position requires the ability to have extreme attention to detail and the capacity to solve complex research requests.
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Must be available to work any shift during the hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Schedule could change based on business need.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment


Desired Qualifications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
