Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our nine major business lines include Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions Group, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Wells Fargo Securities, and the Investment Portfolio. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Our Commercial Services team offers auto dealers competitive financing solutions for real estate, floor plan, buying/leasing equipment, working capital, and acquisition or mergers. Commercial Services also provides dealerships with access to an extensive array of commercial banking services through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., including interest rate risk management, deposit and treasury management services, insurance services, merchant services, employee benefits, and wealth management.
The Loan Servicing Specialist 3 with Wells Fargo Auto Commercial Lending Services supports the service experience strategy within the functional group, Production Services. Commercial loan products serviced are floorplan, line of credit, and term loans including real estate and construction. Dealer clients are served in an assigned portfolio environment and the primary focus is inclusive of customer service and a variety of loan servicing tasks.
This role provides external/internal expert advice in all areas of commercial loan servicing such as payment research, insurance, payoffs, prepayments, loan rates/spread, and equity accounts. External customers serviced are dealer clients and auctions. Internal customers are Commercial Sales, Service, and Risk partners.
The Loan Servicing Specialist 3 also reviews individual floorplan loan documentation which includes funding/disbursement within system of record as well as payment processing and floorplan loan documentation management.
Must be available to work any shift during the hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Schedule could change based on business need.
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
