Legal Process Specialist 2

Read, interpret, and research correspondence and legal documents including: summonses, subpoenas, and liens to determine specific issues and course of action. Handle inquiries from customers, government agencies, and other interested parties. Handle both intake duties and document production duties. Additional responsibilities may include working with other lines of business, management, others in the Law Department, and external counsel to assist in answering questions, and facilitating communications.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal administrative assistant experience or 4+ years of administrative support experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or escalated issues from internal departments or requestors
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
