ITM

Supports sales team in driving the sales of International Treasury Management (ITM) solutions to external clients with basic international cash management and international subsidiary banking needs. Supports ITM Sales Consultants in routine aspects of the ITM sales process including prospecting, drafting proposals and creating presentations. Supports team in financial management, sales reporting and client support.

Responsible for supporting team in achieving new business goals and attaining revenue expectations. Demonstrates basic proficiency in ITM products, systems, and internal processes. Understands proper positioning of ITM solutions and pricing structures. Seeks opportunities to introduce ITM products to meet clients’ needs and assists in selling basic products. May support more than one ITM Sales Consultant across multiple regions. Facilitates post sales customer service support to provide a good customer experience.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of: sales support, treasury management, or international banking services

Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Sales experience, client support experience or a combination of both in either International or domestic banking
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good client service skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of International Treasury Management products and services a strong plus
  • Experience in global banking a plus
  • Foreign language skills
  • CTP
