International Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction & Experience Leader

The International Talent Acquisition team is looking for a talented individual to join its dynamic and diverse team, which supports all aspects of hiring across 36+ countries outside of the U.S. Reporting to the Head of International Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for the design, development and execution of the international recruitment marketing strategy, sourcing strategies and talent channels outside of the U.S. The position is responsible for partnering with the enterprise (U.S.) to extend and expand the One Wells Fargo employment brand in the international marketplace, and build out channels such as the international Campus/University hiring program, social/digital media, recruitment advertising and marketing, employee referral programs, international talent mobility programs, diversity hiring programs, agency usage and other direct sourcing channels. This role is a key partner responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of employment branding strategies and talent channel programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk. Role Description
Employment Branding:

  • Creation and management of the international recruitment advertising campaign strategy and local execution across the three regions: Americas (Canada & LATAM) , EMEA and APAC
  • Content development, deployment and management of international, regional and specific channels on wellsfargo.com/careers and internal team member websites, where applicable
  • Creation and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to target business, functional, and geographic talent needs

Social & Digital media:
  • Identify, strategize, and execute employment specific opportunities in the Social and Digital Media space for the international space, and aligned to the enterprise
  • Oversight of day to day activities of all employment focused Social & Digital Media assets to ensure it is fully integrated with organizational initiatives and applicable for local markets
  • Partner with the enterprise Social Media Channel Leads to extend and expand usage of external vendors to support the international hiring initiatives, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, region specific job boards

Diverse Segments:
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract specific talent segments including early talent, ethnically diverse, people with disabilities, women, and mature workers
  • Identify key partnerships and opportunities to promote the Wells Fargo employment brand to these segments in international markets
  • Engage cross-functional groups (enterprise marketing, foundation, corporate social responsibility, communications, and lines of business) in funding, sponsorships, event participation, and recruiting

Campus/University Hiring Program:
  • Develop the strategy, plan and program approach for campus/university hiring across international businesses and regions
  • Partner with region and country recruitment and business leadership to build out the business case for program development, expansion and deployment
  • Partner with corporate and region marketing to fulfill required employment and program collateral to support university hiring needs
  • Partner with region recruitment teams to identify and develop university relationships, and local learning and development and HR teams to ensure development of sustainable development programs for new graduate hires

Market Skills and Certifications
Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage execution and delivery of programs through a small team aligned directly and matrixed
  • Develop and drive the approach to agency usage as a hiring channel
  • Maintain and promote the International employee referral program across each region of talent acquisition, expanding the program in new locations where necessary
  • Develop and deploy internal mobility strategies to drive greater effectiveness and awareness of job opportunities within the internal hiring channel
  • Maintain and report out on the Channel metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and performance of various talent channels and strategies
  • Assess team capabilities to deliver against the recruitment marketing and talent channel strategies, and deliver training and development to team members to build out capabilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for areas of improvement and take on initiatives to implement required change through project or program management
  • Conduct operational reviews and deliver report-outs and communications at an executive/management level for initiatives, and with cross-functional teams
  • Work with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy, policies and business objectives

  • Research and leverage industry best practices and trends to support initiatives and plans

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 or more years of experience in corporate, multi-business line organization, with a minimum of 5+ years' management experience
  • Strategic recruitment marketing experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple talent channels
  • Development and execution of end-to-end recruitment marketing programs
  • Experience with segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience building out various hiring campaigns inclusive of at least one of the following: campus hiring campaigns, employee referral programs, internal talent mobility, internship programs, graduate hiring programs, social/digital media campaigns, job boards or other recruitment advertising media
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships and influence leaders in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze appropriate data to determinereturn on investmentand trends
  • Successfully demonstrated experience in providing HR Leadership in both line of business and enterprise functions including areas of talent acquisition and talent management
  • Demonstrated credible partnership skills and is a trusted business driven, results oriented leader
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing and leading a team to high performance
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with clients, peers and partners
  • Proven ability in producing outstanding results through effective relationship management, influencing, collaboration and partnership with key HR and business stakeholders (both executive and line). Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and demonstrated resiliency, adaptability and commitment during times of change
  • Proven experience in developing and executing on business strategy and operations, translating organizational strategies into clear objectives and business actions
  • Proven ability to successfully strategically initiate and oversee complex projects of small and large magnitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree in Human Resources, MBA or other related area strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated experience working with technology and demonstrated ability to partner with technology groups to identify technology solutions to assist in solving needs
