Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.
Galliard Capital Management focuses on providing stable value and fixed income money management services to institutional investors. The firm was founded in 1995 with 15 clients and $1.8 billion in assets under management. Today, Galliard manages more than $90 billion in assets and has over 100 professionals dedicated to serving in excess of 230 institutional clients, 17 external managers, and 12 insurance wrap providers.
This middle office role is responsible for supporting client, external manager, and investment contract issuer relationships by providing leadership in customer service, account management, documentation, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Client onboarding and transition support
  • Contract review
  • Ensuring production and delivery of reporting
  • Developing presentations
  • Assessing compliance implications
  • Management of documentation inventory
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests
This role will work with various internal teams such as relationship management, marketing, portfolio management and compliance to execute servicing client needs and managing the work-flow of assigned responsibilities. May participate in various projects focused on increasing efficiencies and enhancing the client experience. May also be responsible for identifying and resolving operational and systems-related issues for internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of investment management experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of institutional quality sales support, equivalent relationship management support or a combination of both

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $67,500 Mid: $95,000
