Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of information security/system administration experience
Must have knowledge on server OS 2008/ 2012, AD structure & database
Must have knowledge on DNS, DHCP, group policies, sites, FSMO roles and replication
Proactive in identifying process gaps, streamlining the process and help the team to fix it.
Must be ITIL 2011 Certified
Possess hands on user provisioning experience on AD and must have worked on AD groups and exchange management console.
Possess good communication and writing Skills
Must have troubleshooting skills on windows OS, drive mapping, DFS and shared drive permission issue.
Exposure to ticketing tools like BMC/ Zendesk etc
Develops and maintains familiarity with bank procedures and policies
Proactive in identifying process gaps, suggesting improvements and streamlining the process.
Ability to identify and contribute towards mitigating risk
Provides support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions. Provides assistance in audit compliance projects
Flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables outside of ones shift
Collaborates with extended team for joint deliverables
Good to have knowledge on AD Schema, partitions and Shell Scripting
Must have coaching skills to help the team explore ideas and make them successful.
