About the Role
Provide Finance support to the local branch Finance Manager in effectively delivering complete and accurate books and records conducted through the Wells Fargo Beijing Branch

Responsibilities

  • Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
  • Assist with the preparation of local and US regulatory reports
  • Assist with the preparation of daily compliance ratio monitoring report according to local regulation
  • Perform financial analysis and provide value-added comment to senior management on variance analysis
  • Collaborate with local branch Finance Manager and other related departments on expense requirements, budgeting and cash funding requirements
  • Support overall APAC Finance strategy through contribution to various ad-hoc projects and other tasks
  • Assist with the organizing of external statutory audits or other external filings


Market Skills and Certifications
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Experience of more than 3 years in banking industry
  • Strong technical skills including a good working knowledge of accounting standards and local regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proven capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
