The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. PVSI's Enterprise Agile Transformation group is leading end-to-end business transformation initiatives, which leverage and adhere to Wells Fargo Agile as part of a full lifecycle product management process. With an aim to strategically accelerate how quickly we move from ideas to production, our goal is to help organizations bring customer value to market, and deliver better quality products to customers, more frequently. The Enterprise Agile Transformation group looks beyond customary technology and development to uplift organizational constructs and how people work together to make decisions. As an active partner with Enterprise Agile Transformation peers, and Line of Business leadership, this individual will be a change agent and manager fostering the transformation of Lines of Business, and the adoption of an Agile culture across Wells Fargo. Tasked with leading a small team of change management professionals as we pursue the advancement and scaling of agile as part of line of business transformations, the successful candidate will help us develop future best practices, people, and our evolving forward strategy to successfully execute in support of our corporate vision and goals.
Accountabilities:

  • Develop and grow team of organizational change management professionals through training, mentoring, and coaching while also leading change efforts when needed.
  • Coach people managers and leaders through change moments, helping them embrace and adopt Agile behaviors and transformation through championing, training, and mentoring across the organization.
  • Coach teams and individuals in their understanding of Change methodology and practices, improving their interactions and ensuring they have the right process and tools for their success
  • Embrace and champion Agile values and principles across the Bank, and in our Agile community.
  • Monitor transformation activities through quantitative and qualitative measures of value, outcome, adoption, morale, and satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on impediments to accelerated delivery, and partner to develop, implement, and promote Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate planning and coordination between and among transformation teams for progress and impediments.
  • Collaborate with PMOs, peers, and leaders on adoption activities, communication needs, and feedback loops for Agile teams; facilitate the start or stop of communication vehicles based on effectiveness and voice of scrum teams.
  • Facilitate organizational learning, change management, and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, retrospective findings, and interactive communications.
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders, guiding our transformation partners, promoting an environment which focuses on team maturity, successful delivery, and continuous sustainable improvements.
  • Promote practices which help with scalability of incremental delivery and continuous integration and remove any blockers from achieving incremental delivery
  • Embrace ambiguity, and remain flexible for shifts in priorities, navigating with readiness and efficiency while fostering an open and collaborative environment to manifest change
As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:
  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
**The preferred locations are listed; however, other locations and telecommuting may be considered.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 3+ years of leadership experience


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years relevant industry Organizational Change Management experience
  • 5+ years direct report leadership experience
  • Proven understanding of industry change management construct(s) (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, Lewin)
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring significant Enterprise transformation activities
  • Knowledge of Agile is a plus; practical experience in Agile is favored
  • Demonstrated ability to measure change activity outcomes via objective measures
  • Strong leader with demonstrable integrity and business acumen
  • analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated collaborator and visionary able to patiently overcome obstacles
  • Servant minded leader able to lead and work with multiple diverse roles and personalities

  • Working knowledge of Agile tools and software
  • BA/BS Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Interdisciplinary Studies, or other relevant field
