We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.

Department Overview
The Consumer Lending Technology group within the Enterprise Information Technology business consists of Home lending, Auto and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses.

About the Role
This is a frontline management position primarily responsible for the application development, maintenance/support, and project delivery on eLending application for Home Lending Technology. The role encompasses people management, technical/ functional expertise, and relationship/ stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
•Lead and Manage multiple teams engaged in development/ support of Solution Engineering group - Impact Analysis, Innovation & Integration Engineering team
•Handling mid-sized team with various management responsibilities that include: resource management, reviewing, assessing and managing quality of work, leading projects, developing a technology strategy and managing business relationships.
•Interact effectively with State-side Partners and manages the partnership with line of business managers and technology managers to deliver successful business results based on technology requirements
•Periodic review of current status of system applications and prepare recommendations for improvements.
•Assure deliverables are as per the agreed requirements, conform to quality standards, and are delivered within committed timelines.
•Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
•Provides technical direction to the project team: lead and participate in design discussions, code review
•Work closely with the team to develop appropriate technical design and approach for application development.
•Ability to actively engage business/technology partners, present, defend & challenge technical recommendations
•Manage team of 15plus Team Members with focus on enhancing their technical/ domain skillsets.
•Motivate team members and promote a strong sense of code quality, extensibility, reusability and urgency
•Pro-actively identify talent needs, and plan for/ manage attrition
• Instill best practices for software development and documentation.
•Able to provide effort estimates, identify resource needs, and enforces project and delivery standards.
•Create accurate project plans, schedules, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• •Build a culture of continuous improvement within team and put together metrics to measure the impact of their efforts
•Ensure all the team are adhered to compliance related requirements.

Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications
•Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent and Must have 15+ Years of overall experience and proven record of leading and managing a minimum size of 15+ Technology Team members
•Take ownership of delivery and manage multi-release projects in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
•Work Experience in a matrix environment and build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders including onsite Technology partners.
•Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members.
•Well verse in developing applications leveraging Java/J2EE, Angular, Springboot, Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns & Cloud Platform enablement
•Working Experience on CI/CD & DevOps Engineering
•Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team members.
•Ability to deal with ambiguities & conflicts effectively (Technology, People, Process or partner).
•Experience in an in-house center would be desirable.
•Having management experience on Banking/Financial vertical
