Corporate Security General Associate Manager - Shoreview

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager for the Shoreview Data Center Critical Facility.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security
  • Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers
  • Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
  • Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

  • 2+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in one of or a combination of the following: Military (Career/Military Police/Military Elite Forces), Law Enforcement (Police Academy Graduate), Correctional Facility (Correction Officer), Documented, formal, leadership training through one of the disciplines or accredited university programs (PLDC/BNCOC/ANCOC, OBC/OAC, LEELP), Experience as a current security supervisor assigned to the Wells Fargo account, or at a facility requiring a high level of security similar to existing positions at Wells Fargo, A bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited college or university in a security related field such as: Criminal Justice, Security Administration, Homeland Security, or Fire Science. Such degree will count as two (2) of the four (4) years required experience and a master's degree will count as three (3) of the four (4) years required experience. *Must have been in good standing when employment ended such as an honorable discharge from the military.

  • Provide leadership and training to staff as well as maintain accurate training records
  • Provide leadership orientation, coaching and training to assigned personnel on security processes and systems.
  • Ability to provide corrective actions as appropriate.
  • Create a team environment through motivation and positive feedback through active communication and oversight.
  • Communicate effectively across departments within DCM and CPG to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Conduct physical inspections of assigned work area/equipment.
  • Prepare documentation for equipment repairs or replacement of equipment.
  • Must be flexible to work multi-shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Be proficient using word, excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm
  • Systems operations. (Lenel On-Gard, March Networks, Biometrics)
Pay Range:
  • MN - Pay Range: $23.13 - 41.11 Hourly
