Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offer solutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and deposit accounts up-to-date. The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accounts and works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.

This is NOT a typical collections position! Your primary role will be to help your customers find solutions to maintain financial stability. We work closely with borrowers to provide solutions for bringing accounts up-to-date.

Class starts April 3, 2017

  • Training: Paid training first 6 weeks Monday-Friday.
  • Training Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM (First three weeks) and 7:00AM-4:00PM (Final three weeks)
  • **Attendance is mandatory for training period***

Business Operating Hours are Monday through Friday 7am – 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am – 4pm. You MUST be able to work ANY shift assigned during these regular business operating hours.

  • A typical schedule may include 1 or 2 evenings until 9pm plus some component of a weekend day (Sat OR Sun) every week or every other week.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: collections, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment; or an AA/AS degree or higher; or 2+ years of military service

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
