Client Service Consultant 2 - Securities Representative

Responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.

Duties may include: Identifies, researches and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines. Reconciles reports and distributions and maintains differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions: resolving customer inquiries; reviewing time sensitive and /or less complex to moderately complex documents: revising departmental procedures; coordinates situations that involve other departments: cover over flow from other desks in the department as needed. Has extensive internal/external customer contact: Work under moderate to minimal supervision.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to all applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client service experience, related business experience, or a combination of both

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Brokerage Custody experience
  • Tax or Cost Basis experience
  • Series 7, or ability to acquire within 120 days
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and team player
  • Superior customer services skills
  • Experience using Broadridge, Bloomberg, and Impact
  • BS/BA preferably in business, accounting or finance
