Department Overview
Enterprise Platform Service team consists of Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE), DevOps & Cloud services and is part of the Enterprise Information Technology business. This team interacts closely with multiples business partners including Wholesale Banking, Consumer Banking, Wealth & Investment Management and Consumer Lending Teams.

About the Role
You will be part of the Middleware Production Support team which manages the lifecycle of Middleware Application Servers

Responsibilities

  • Management and co-ordination of BMC Remedy queues
  • Management and co-ordination of JIRA projects
  • Monthly metrics Dashboard and reporting
  • Create and Maintain Service Catalogue, Process Catalogue
  • Create BMC Remedy change requests when required
  • Create onboarding, access and resource requests

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ITIL concepts
  • Technology concepts
