Department Overview:
CACHE (Capability & Competence Hub at EGS) is the capability hub of EGS providing on demand staffing for EIT@EGS LOBs.
CACHE mainly caters to term based assignments in both generic and niche skills.
As we speak CACHE is spread across all LOBs in EIT@EGS and have some presence in Business & Risk services.
CACHE Value proposition: Help LOBs in staffing as well as building competencies, Knowledge retention, and better Risk management in a cost Effective manner.

About the Role

This role requires good Project co ordination and change co ordiantion experience.

Responsibilities

  • Client interaction, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Monitor and improve on change management process gap for smooth delivery of project.
  • Manage Change Management alongside other key Business Owners.
  • Experience in preparing the Daily Summary Reports and Weekly Summary Reports.
  • Escalate promptly any issues that may impact operations.
  • Escalate promptly any issues that may impact operations.
  • Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; results- oriented
  • Identify gaps in existing process and implement solutions to address them
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.
Essential Skills:
  • Basic Qualifications (3+ years experience with the following)
  • Change coordinator role
  • Coordinate install activities for Production and non-production Implementations.
  • Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes Change Request.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in ITIL Process (Change Management, Incident & Problem Management)
Education Qualification Required:
  • 4 Yr.'s Bachelor's Degree in Technology (or) Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer science.
