In this role, you will:
- Lead specialized teams to carry out a customer due diligence program for Financial Crimes Operations.
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and controls for relevant business or enterprise functions impacted by their outcomes.
- Identify and design approaches for ongoing due diligence technology applications, risk policies, procedures, and controls for business or enterprise functions.
- Monitor and address customer due diligence matters across FCO.
- Oversee the Ongoing Due Diligence team and make decisions to address due diligence issues.
- Coordinate with ongoing due diligence colleagues and other business leaders.
- Manage allocation of personnel and financial resources for FCO Ongoing Customer Due Diligence.
- Support talent development to align with business objectives and strategies.
- Work with business partners to implement necessary updates.
- Provide guidance through management to maintain due diligence standards and support corrective actions as needed.
- Engage with peers to consult on program effectiveness, change readiness, and technology-related topics

- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and delivery models.
- Proven expertise in managing large teams, fostering high performance, and mentoring individuals into leadership roles.
- Managed budgets with both short- and long-term planning.
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior business partners on a global scale.
- Skilled at operating within matrix environments and effectively managing multiple, competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Advanced stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building proficiency.
- Strong client orientation coupled with a thorough understanding of operational risk.
- Committed to quality improvement and enhancing operational performance.
- Experienced in driving change, leading transformation initiatives, and managing business operations projects from conception through implementation.
- Consistently demonstrates reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all professional activities.
- Assumes full ownership and accountability for deliverables, business outcomes, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of Customer Due Diligence operational methodologies.
- Experience participating in the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program.
- Ability to comprehend quality control workflow logic and collaborate with technology and business partners to test and implement system and program changes.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, exercising independent judgment, and applying critical thinking.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing teams, cultivating talent, and providing proactive leadership.
- Proficient in collaborating within a matrixed organization and building effective teams.
- Experienced in establishing constructive relationships and consistently delivering on commitments, with strong accountability.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
