Artificial Intelligence Enablement Lead - Lead Quantitative Model Solutions Specialist
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking two experienced and strategic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Specialist who will lead the development and deployment of AI-driven use cases within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). These two roles will serve as a critical bridge between CAO functional teams (e.g., Real Estate, Security, Supply Chain, Travel & Expense), technology partners, and risk/compliance stakeholders. The ideal candidates will combine business acumen with technical understanding to identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive execution of AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.

- Partner with CAO functional leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI use-cases from ideation to deployment

- Define and maintain an AI roadmap for CAO functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy.
- Support governance frameworks, including stakeholder meeting cadences and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with technology teams for solution design, development, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk, legal, and regulatory requirements throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison between CAO functions, technology partners, and risk/compliance teams.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand processes, pain points, and data availability.
- Develop business cases, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and risk considerations.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and change management.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and key metrics.
- Stay current on AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to CAO functions.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities beyond initial use cases.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year AI roadmap for CAO functions.
- Evaluate build vs. buy options for AI solutions, including vendor assessments and proof-of-concept pilots.
- Track and report on KPIs related to AI adoption, impact, and maturity.
- 5+ years of quantitative model solutions or quantitative model operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Architecture, Distributed Computing, Chatbot, and/or Virtual Assistant
- 2+ years of relationship building experience across multiple business lines
- 2+ years of model governance experience
- 5+ years in program management, business analysis, or technology strategy roles.
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML initiatives, preferably in financial services or large enterprises.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience with AI platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of CAO functions (e.g., Real Estate, Security, Supply Chain Management, Business Resiliency, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop business cases and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with AI solution lifecycle: ideation, design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance considerations in AI implementations.
- Knowledge of tools such as Ariba, Corrigo, ServiceNow, Tableau, or enterprise data platforms.
- Understanding of data governance and model risk management frameworks
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- The position offers a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days remote
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
