About Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions
We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargo's Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions . Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations ( Chennai ,Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.

Role Summary:
Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. Develops original code .

The ideal candidate will possess recent front-end application development, enterprise integration and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience and prior experience with e-commerce or online shopping sites.

Desired Qualification:
6+ years of application development and implementation experience
5+ years of Java experience
3+ years of Oracle experience
A BE degree or higher
Experience with middleware technologies
Experience with Siebel Open UI.
Knowledge of software design.
Working knowledge of current technologies
Strong interpersonal as well as verbal/written communication skills
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Duties:
Technology Delivery
Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

Unique skill set:
Candidates must have a robust understanding of Java and an in-depth understanding of other Java technologies, including Servlets, Struts/Tiles, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Spring.
Experience writing REST API.
Spring, Hibernate experience is required.
Strong SQL skills, Unit test frameworks and Databases experience (Oracle preferred) is required.
Experience with WebServices (REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, etc)
