Department Overview
Enterprise Core Services (ECS) group is within the Enterprise Information Technology business and a critical component of the Enterprise CIO operating model aimed at providing common, consistent, and foundational software services and solutions to be used across technology at Wells Fargo. The group includes the strategic development and support of core information management services including data technology blue print, common data services, customer relationship management services and customer due diligence services to be leveraged across all technology teams in Wells Fargo. Additionally their Cloud enablement services is another strategic priority to re-engineer of a significant portion of Wells Fargo's large and complex application portfolio.

About Role

Customer Enablement and Business Automation Team
The ECS Customer Enablement and Business Automation Team (CEBAT) is responsible for providing foundational and strategic customer enablement and business automation services and capabilities to technology, business and operations teams across Wells Fargo, integrating seamlessly with the firm's strategic data and analytics ecosystem.


Technology program governance management

  • Comprehensive, end-to-end technology compliance process management
  • Ensuring audit readiness for a technology group
  • Collaborating with operational risk, compliance, information security and audit stakeholders
  • Exhibit high degree of flexibility to changing requirements
  • Recommending process improvements
  • Leading operational risk and compliance projects and activities
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and key business partners
  • Ensuring timely and effective communications to key stakeholders
  • Proactively designing and implementing new support governance process and procedures
  • Researching and resolving one-off queries and issues forwarded by stakeholders
  • Developing solutions in a timely and proactive manner
  • Ad-hoc initiatives leadership and support
  • Process efficiency/improvement leadership
  • Document management/official testing record retention compliance
  • Management routines and internal communications
  • Ad hoc reporting/data analysis
Essential Qualifications

  • BE/B-tech or higher
  • 8+ years of application development and implementation experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Microsoft Visio experience
