Market Job Description Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Overall IT experience of 8+ years
  • 5 years of experience developing custom solutions using People Tools and related technologies in the areas of management reporting, funds transfer pricing, and data collection systems
  • 3-5 years of strong work experience in handling Peoplesoft batch, real-time integration with exposure in working on Web service, SOAP, etc.
  • Functional skills in PeopleSoft CRM 9.0 or greater and should include solid experience in Case, Leads, Interactions, Referrals and CRM Configuration components
  • Technical skills in Peopletools 8.52 or greater with strong understanding and experience in Integration Broker, component interfaces, application packages and peoplecode
  • PeopleSoft solution analysis experience and adept in drafting technical functional design document, unit test case/results documents.
  • Work experience in handling PeopleSoft CRM production support and maintenance projects.
  • Experience in documenting new and existing processes and maintaining it in sharepoint or equivalent
  • Ability to solve problems within area of control quickly and decisively and the understanding of when to escalate issues outside area of control
  • Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills and have the ability to articulate complex technical issues and ideas in easy to understand business terms

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or foreign equivalent)
  • Brokerage, banking or other financial services experience Market Skills and Certifications
