Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our nine major business lines include Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions Group, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Wells Fargo Securities, and the Investment Portfolio. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Our team is dedicated to the sale, financing and recapitalization of all major real estate product types including office, retail, and hospitality, industrial and multifamily properties throughout North America and Europe.

Eastdil Secured is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Los Angeles office. This person will be responsible for supporting a team of people by assisting with internal functions, including but not limited to:

  • Participate in team calls and meetings
  • Process all employee expense reports and track reimbursements electronically;
  • Audit employee expense reports in Concur
  • Maintain extensive files, status reports and contact databases;
  • Sort, prepare, process and deliver incoming mail, courier items, Fed EX, etc.;
  • Answer phones as needed and take messages in a professional and cordial manner as needed;

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

Other Desired Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate a combination of outstanding organizational skills, productivity, personal motivation, and excellent communication skills and ability to interface with clients and other stakeholders. It is strongly preferred that your background includes:
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Concur, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • 2+ years of corporate Administrative Assistant experience; preferably in real estate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Professional demeanor and presentation;
  • Excellent verbal, written and follow-up communication skills;
  • Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented and ability to handle confidential information;
  • Organized with ability to effectively prioritize tasks;
  • Flexible, team player, ability to work overtime when necessary;
  • Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment, under time constraints and meeting multiple deadlines;
  • Desire to function in a project and team-oriented atmosphere.
