Weight Watchers is looking for a dynamic and innovative People Partner Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate understands the value of strategic HR partnerships and is passionate about delivering business impact. Working proactively with the Clinical and B2B business leaders - this role will drive business impact by focusing on the co-creation and execution of a talent strategy for the highest growth area of WW's business.

Reporting to the VP of People Partners, a successful People Partner Lead will leverage data and relationships to focus on driving programs that ignite our talent and culture at all levels. This individual will also be charged with driving an inclusive & diverse culture by providing coaching to leaders to further develop their leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with leaders from our recently acquired business (Sequence) to drive and & lead through the next stage of integration and other transformational initiatives
  • Leverage data and relationships to develop and implement HR strategies that support short- and long-term business goals
  • Consult with business leaders on workforce planning, ensuring the business has the right capabilities at the right time, and partnering closely with the Recruitment team on hiring top talent for critical roles
  • Collaborate closely with our COEs to deliver initiatives that impact the business and lead performance management, talent management, employee career pathing and development of high-potential talent
  • Build and develop people manager and leadership team effectiveness

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of strategic Human Resources experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and impact in a global, Tech organization, previous M&A experience preferred
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and complexity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Deep business acumen and experience growing global businesses through strategic talent and organizational planning
  • Understanding of sales organizations and experience with commission-based compensation
  • Analytical skills and the commitment to get to the root cause of issues
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and be a trust builder, truth teller and influencer
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or a Master Business Administration

Pay may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Pay - $170,000/yr - $190,000/yr
