You will be a key designer in developing branded assets both digital and sometimes print that span a variety of consumer touch points and channels. Collaborating with multiple business owners and other teammates, you will bring the brand to life through inspiring, interesting, and engaging creative design that pushes the boundaries of the brand whilst honoring our brand heritage - all in support of extending our brand appeal to potential members. You will challenge your creative spirit to help WW members across the world improve their health and wellness. The ideal person will be creative, conceptual, innovative, and have a versatile, collaborative approach to the design process. Day to day activities will include:
  • Design and execute cross-platform campaigns for web and print, including, social media ads (static and video), banner ads, HTML5 ads, landing pages, and simple motion graphics
  • Work closely with Art Directors and the entire design team to create compelling, fun and innovative design ideas, taking projects from creative concept to final delivery
  • Proactively able to solve both technical and creative challenges and you have the ability to address feedback as projects progress.
  • Help to bring cohesion between paid social assets and our guest site landing pages they drive to
  • Demonstrate a variety of creative styles and methodologies with proven credentials in developing bold and original designs
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and key cross-functional players from marketing, product, engineering, and pricing and promotions
  • Consistently seek new creative techniques and ways to expand creative skills
  • Have an understanding of visual hierarchy and how to design impactful marketing assets while remaining elevated and sophisticated

Who you are
  • Minimum of 4+ years of applicable experience with a refined eye for graphic design and solid understanding of UI design and best practices
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud (indd, ai, xd, psd), Fable/AfterEffects (or other animation experience a plus), G-Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple content management systems (CMS) and their limitations
  • Strong command of typography, layout, form, and color; eye for photography and illustration
  • Understanding of web standards, image optimization techniques
  • Constant development of skills and exploration of new creative techniques
  • Able to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment
  • Experience with creating templatized designs that can be easily scaled and adapted
  • Able to pivot and prioritize as business goals change, must be able to multitask and stay on top of multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Food and wellness background a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar industry is preferred

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary

$65,000/yr to $75,000/yr
