Senior Product Manager- CastleGate Portal Entitlements Service

Fulfillment and logistics technology is fundamental to creating an online purchase experience that delights our customers with rapid home delivery.  CastleGate was created to dramatically improve consumers’ shopping experience, and develop a unique competitive advantage for Wayfair. We do this by offering one and two-day delivery times, lower prices, and higher delivery quality of home products than has historically been possible. This is a distinct competitive advantage for Wayfair and one that will be the main driver to our future growth and success.  Wayfair is seeking an experienced product leader that is skilled at understanding complicated business processes and transforming them into clear, actionable tools to help people view and manage them.

At Wayfair, our Product Management team is responsible for providing the vision, execution and analysis necessary to delight customers with world class experiences on our web sites. As a Senior Product Manager leading Castlegate Portal’s Entitlements Service, you are responsible for driving the thinking and execution of a service that allows our suppliers to view their inventory across all the services they’ve signed up for, and enables upselling and cross-selling of services.  You’ll be on the forefront of adding self-service capabilities to the CastleGate portal, unlocking incredible growth potential for the platform.

  • Anticipate growth and expansion opportunities in order to define and build a flexible architecture which will allow suppliers to self-serve into our CastleGate services and upsell to new ones as they come online.
