Manager, Workforce Management

Part of Wayfair's Workforce Planning organization, Scheduling is responsible for collecting forecasted inputs and designing a staffing layout strategy to achieve performance objectives set by the business. In addition to staffing tasks, Scheduling is responsible for off queue intake and shrinkage monitoring to assist with cost allocation.

What You'll Do

  • 3-5 years experience in workforce management
  • Proficiency in office suite
  • Proficiency in google suite
  • Proficiency in aspect (or other workforce management solutions)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into action plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
  • 5 years management experience with direct reports (performance, pay, etc.)
