Key Account Manager

Wayfair Professional, the Business to Business (B2B) division of Wayfair, is seeking talented and sales-driven individuals to join our Sales Team. In this role as a Key Account Manager, you will manage and influence an existing group of high value, high potential customer accounts with the goal of building strong business partnerships, increasing revenue year-over-year and growing overall market share. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing multiple connections within the customer organization, managing complex opportunities, and identifying growth potential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and goal-oriented, and will be excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic approach to influence key accounts utilizing sales process and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Strong management of opportunity pipeline to develop an accurate forecast
  • Conduct high level business conversations either via phone or in person meetings
  • Utilize all facts and data available to identify challenges, offers mitigating solutions and quantifies impact of opportunities on business

What You'll Need

  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience
  • Strong need for cross-collaboration and to work effectively and professionally within the
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active participant/partner in individual coaching goals as well as team initiatives
  • Effectively navigate and leverage internal systems and external sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
  • Displays Utmost Professionalism and Work Ethic at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Specific Industry knowledge in either Interior Design, Architecture, Property Management, Hospitality, Office, Education
  • Experience in B2B sales within E-Commerce
