Head of Enterprise Marketing

Wayfair Professional – the B2B line of business - is looking for a leader to scale the marketing for the burgeoning Enterprise organization. This is the fastest growing segment in the Wayfair portfolio and needs a leader who can drive literal exponential growth. The aim is to have a $100M revenue business within 12 months, doubling again 12 months later. This role is breaking new ground with the way Wayfair goes to market, with longer sales cycles and a completely different means of targeting potential opportunities. This is marketing-first role, focused on revenue & profit.


  • You will drive the marketing agenda across (i) events (ii) content (iii) marketing prospecting & retention (iv) brand
  • Lead P&L accountability for Enterprise marketing spend
  • Leverage sophisticated analytics to give Wayfair the edge
  • Work closely with the sales leaders & teams, and other functional areas (e.g. category, website) to coordinate our productized offerings and approach.
  • Champion the Wayfair Professional brand, guiding the brand positioning, voice, and visuals with our creative partner teams. Note: this is not a brand-first role.
  • Dive deep into operations and data analytics and flex your innovative muscle for creative positioning and what will/won’t resonate with the market.


  • Track record of success driving significant results
  • Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams
  • Experienced GM, Consultant, or Investment Banker looking to make the move to Internet commerce leader
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior and executive management; exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to internal partners
  • Analytically comfortable building a strategy and story using large data sets
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills including experience managing high performing teams
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and Test and Learn practices a plus
  • BA with strong academic record (strong preference for quantitative backgrounds: mathematics, economics, etc.) Top MBA preferred

The role will report directly into the CMO for the B2B business.
