Customer Operation Consultant

Overview

This role will work closely with Global Operations organization to ensure timely confirm the order configuration and ensure accuracy and meet the basic requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and can work objectively and execute daily routine tasks with great attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Deeply cultivate the company's entire product system, systematically grasp the core performance, technical parameters, and configuration standards of various products, and establish a comprehensive product knowledge reserve;

Responsible for the configuration review and verification of sales quotations, strictly controlling the compliance of configuration schemes - ensuring that they meet the technical configuration requirements of the instrument itself, and accurately match the actual needs of customers and relevant regulations of specific projects of the company;

For product configurations that do not meet the requirements in the quotation, provide professional and feasible optimization suggestions based on product characteristics, customer scenarios, and project specifications, assist in adjusting the configuration plan, and ensure the rationality of the quotation and the efficiency of project progress.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in capital equipment ; Familiar with LC ,MS,Wyatt product configurationMust have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be ultra-responsive to internal and external customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically including an effective telephone presence and professional email correspondence.Ability to prioritize activities that achieve sales goals, good time and territory management skills.
