Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Lead process discussions with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with multiple teams on the execution and delivery of large strategic initiatives
Create, develop and expand category eminence, strategies and training to demonstrate Global Procurement's expertise as a World Class Procurement organization
Teach and mentor teams to synthesize data findings into actionable insights, deliverables and robust strategies
Mentor teams on the creation of project plans and Lead process discussion with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Manage process for working with suppliers to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Build maintain and manage relationships with key client stakeholders
Schedule and lead presentations on project results and recommendations to executives
Our Strategy team advises, implements, and operates transformational projects to support the Global Procurement Organization. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies and advanced analytics to deliver value.
5 or more years of sourcing, supplier management, category management, strong project management skills and deep business process design and analytics skills.
History of leading sourcing teams to success implementing and delivering large strategic sourcing projects.
Strong leadership skills to mentor and coach sourcing teams on sourcing project execution. Ability to mentor and influence multiple sourcing project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient working with MS Office suite (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint). As well as, exposure with visualization tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, and Visio.
Hands on experience with e-Sourcing tools such as Coupa and Ariba.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and 4 years' experience in procurement, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
