This EBS Finance Senior Manager (Level 180-G) will support the financial planning and decision support function for visibility across Sam's Club. Reporting to the Director of EBS Finance, you'll work with the Sam's Club Finance team to help redefine how EBS Finance supports the larger Walmart Inc. Finance Teams in achieving near-term and long-term goals. You'll work side-by-side with leadership to partner across many Finance initiatives that support different lines of business. You'll help lead your team members, supporting your leadership as an advisor on designing, refining and delivering efficient business processes for Financial Strategy and Forecasting through our existing planned suite of technology tools.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Advise Leadership and Partners on Finance Forecasting Optimization by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
  • Assist Senior Management with a structured approach to solving problems and insights on process transformation for streamlining financial decision support solutions for financial forecasting
  • Improve FP&A Operations with financial planning processes to create viable service models while maintaining Quality Assurance for services across our pods and departments
  • Use New Tools to track indicators such as volume and productivity
  • Develop Talent and Leadership to attract new people and build our workforce, while promoting a positive environment for team members to grow

What you'll bring:

  • You have 6+ years of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience for major business operations within a large corporate environment.
  • You have client-facing experience in FP&A, Business Services Transformation, and Financial Reporting with a retail store chain, large multinational company, or major management consulting firm.
  • You have experience managing people and building domestic and multinational teams.
  • You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
  • You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.
  • You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
