Position Summary... Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll do...
Conduct complex Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations that may result in the creation and submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

Adhere to all process standards and regulatory deadlines; planning and conducting investigations to ensure AML obligations have been achieved; communicate process efficiency recommendations to leadership; monitor trends and communicate them to leadership; add customers to consumer block lists as applicable; and identifying SARs that need to be referred to law enforcement and sending them to leadership for approval.

Identify the AML training gaps and needs and escalating to leadership; providing consulting and regulatory guidance on AML and interpreting patterns and providing feedback; and escalating disciplinary actions to leadership.

Uses industry expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments by, synthesizing risk information (for example, likelihood, vulnerability, risk impact) to
evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of AML processes and procedures; translating AML data into business decisions; using
influence to guide senior leadership decision-making toward strategic approaches for risk response; and participating in continuing education and
training to increase knowledge of industry changes and developments.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
