Position Summary... Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
What you'll do...
Drives projects to improve Walmart Pickup efficiencies in the store by reviewing key performance indicators and building action plans to improve; performing root cause analyses, auditing stores, and leveraging metrics to identify and analyze operational gaps; leading process improvement projects; evaluating the execution of program plans and projects and identifying any gaps; developing and implementing solutions to improve process productivity and quality; ensuring trucks leave facility on time to fulfill customer orders; and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders to monitor and align progress and execution.
Oversees the in-store execution of Walmart Pickup by maintaining awareness of the Walmart Pickup strategy and execution goals; touring the store to evaluate Walmart Pickup performance; performing a needs assessment to identify areas of opportunity; training and providing resources to meet store associate needs around Walmart Pickup and processes and determining their impact on total store performance; maintaining relationships with third-party providers; and supporting the development of new metrics and utilizing current metrics to evaluate Walmart Pickup effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
