Account Coordinator

About the Position:
The administrative support for the Account Executives is a vital component of the W4 sales team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the account coordination and management of their Account Executives’ book of business. Daily tasks include data entry, information gathering, reconciling records, pulling reports and analyzing data in addition to tracking progress of sales assignments and pipeline on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Provide Support:

  • Manage administrative upkeep of advertiser accounts
  • Facilitate constant movement of a campaign through the pipeline from start to finish
  • Reconcile stats and payments for escalated accounts; resolve minor invoice issues
  • Assist Account Executives with lead funnel, campaign approvals, tracking issues, and insertion orders
  • Coordinate creative development with internal design team
  • Be the alternative point-of-contact for Account Executives’ accounts

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have strong, proven aptitude and experience within Microsoft Excel
  • Strong people/customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to read and follow detailed instructions
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with self-paced organizational skills
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams and high-level customers would be a plus
