As a staff front end engineer, you will own the delivery of significant parts of the Wavefront UI, from high performance visualizations of the metric, histogram, and tracing data, to intuitive management and organization of application business logic, to surfacing AI-generated operational that aid critical troubleshooting flows. You will also provide significant technical leadership and direction for our front-end engineers.
Your Professional Profile: BS in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years experience developing consumer-facing products Developed several single page applications deployed in a production setting, or significant and non-trivial portions of larger client interfaces. Self-starter with a high attention to detailTechnical leadership abilities: * Strong sense of code quality * Ability to communicate complex concepts in technical and non-technical settings
* Identification and resolution of technical debt
Strong knowledge of HTML5, ES6, CSS Experience with React+Redux a must, hooks experience preferable Familiarity with frontend build processes (webpack, gulp, sass)
Java Web Development with Maven is a plus
