Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • You will move the needle in improving VMware Workspace ONE productivity apps' store ratings
  • You will understand end-user requests and pain-points and channel them into actionable roadmap recommendations to the product and engineering teams
  • You will have a direct part in scaling a pilot program to the larger org in how we collect and address user feedback across relevant social channels, including App/Play Stores, Twitter, Reddit, and any other place where meaningful conversations are had about our mobile apps

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
  • You will review and reply to App/Play Store comments, provide support and suggestions, and gather feedback in an empathetic, timely, and detail-oriented manner
  • You will monitor, track, and curate the feedback to come up with action recommendations on product and process improvements
  • You will liaise with product, engineering, and design teams to address user feedback and issues
  • You will seek out where conversations about our apps are happening and provide friendly responses as the voice of VMware
  • You will assist with creating engaging, relevant content to help our end-users get the most out of our apps

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?
  • You will report to the product management leadership responsible for VMware Workspace ONE productivity apps
  • You will be able to interact with product, engineering, design, and support teams in a respectful, flexible, and collaborative culture

Where is this role located?
Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
